🍤 Easy Seafood Paella Recipe (6 servings)

Ingredients from the combo:

  • 600 g La Fallera rice

  • 2 L Gallina Blanca seafood broth

  • 300 g Hida fried tomato sauce

  • 60 ml García de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 sachets Safrante seasoning

  • A pinch of saffron

  • 2 tsp La Barraca sweet paprika

  • ½ tsp crushed ñora pepper

  • Carretilla piquillo peppers (sliced, for garnish)

Fresh ingredients to add:

  • 700 g mussels

  • 300 g squid, cleaned and sliced

  • 300 g shrimp

  • 300 g clams

  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

  • 1–2 lemons (cut into wedges)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in the paella pan. Sauté the squid until lightly golden.

  2. Add the Hida tomato sauce, sweet paprika, and crushed ñora pepper. Stir for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the rice and stir briefly so it absorbs all the flavors.

  4. Pour in the seafood broth, Safrante seasoning, saffron, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and spread evenly.

  5. Cook for 8–10 minutes on medium heat, then add shrimp, mussels, clams, and bell pepper strips.

  6. Continue cooking until the rice is tender and has absorbed the broth (about 8 more minutes).

  7. Remove from heat, cover with a clean cloth, and let rest for 5 minutes.

  8. Garnish with sliced piquillo peppers and lemon wedges before serving.
