Chocotorta Recipe
Ingredients:- 2 large packets of Chocolinas cookies
- 1 kg of dulce de leche
- 500 g of cream cheese
- Milk, as needed
- Mix the dulce de leche with the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and light brown in color.
- Use a flat dish as a base.
- Dip the Chocolinas cookies in milk for a few seconds (be careful not to soak them too much).
- After dipping, create a layer of cookies at the bottom.
- Spread the mixture over this layer.
- Continue dipping cookies and layering them until all are used.
- Once finished, let it rest and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
