Tasting note

Oil with shades of green fruit, almond and fresh grass. It has a dense and smooth body with medium-low bitter values and average spicy values.

Pairs with

Try it with honey on toast. Perfect in tomato salads and with greens. Blends to perfection with strong cheeses, cured meats and sausages. Brings out the taste in pasta, vegetables, and legumes such as chickpeas. Ideal as a preservative thanks to its high natural antioxidant content.
