🍤 Easy Seafood Paella Recipe (10 servings)

Ingredients from the combo:

  • 1 kg La Fallera rice

  • 3 L Gallina Blanca seafood broth

  • 350 g Hida fried tomato sauce

  • 100 ml Mueloliva olive oil

  • 3 sachets Safrante seasoning

  • A pinch of saffron

  • 1 tbsp La Dalia smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp Crushed Ñora pepper

  • Carretilla piquillo peppers (sliced, for garnish)

Fresh ingredients to add:

  • 1 kg mussels

  • 500 g squid, cleaned and sliced

  • 500 g shrimp

  • 500 g clams

  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

  • 2 lemons (cut in wedges)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in the paella pan. Sauté the squid until lightly golden.

  2. Add the Hida tomato sauce, smoked paprika, and crushed ñora. Stir for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour in the rice and stir so it absorbs all the flavors.

  4. Add the seafood broth (3 L), saffron seasoning, saffron, pepper, and salt. Mix gently.

  5. Cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat, then add shrimp, mussels, clams, and bell pepper strips.

  6. Continue cooking until the rice is tender and has absorbed the broth (about 10 more minutes). Add extra hot water or chicken broth if needed.

  7. Remove from heat, cover with a clean cloth, and let rest for 5 minutes.

  8. Garnish with sliced Carretilla piquillo peppers and lemon wedges before serving.
