- Non-food items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging.
- If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
- Due to health and safety reasons, all food sales are final. We cannot accept exchanges on any food items.
Required Proof of Purchase:
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure you keep your receipt after purchasing an item.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, bring it to our store with the receipt.
- If the item is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference.

- Customers are responsible for returning non-food items to our store for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
