Caramelized delicacies IBSA

Don't have time to wait for the onion, tomato, or peppers to caramelize? No worries. They are sweet, caramelized, and ready for any use. We like to use them as a garnish for meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables. They are also delicious with foie, cheese, or even hamburgers.  In our cafeteria, we serve them on crusty flatbread spread with creamy goat cheese. What a delight!
